"Nice look, but browsing felt a bit rushed"
The site looks really nice and clean, and I liked the overall style. I was kind of in a hurry though, and it felt a little hard to browse quickly or find what I needed right away

"Pretty good points setup"
I mostly use Salvatore for the loyalty points, and overall it’s been good. The rewards are simple enough to redeem, though sometimes I wish the points showed up a little faster after... whatever the delay is. Still, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty happy, but the shipping updates could be better"
I ordered from salvatore.com and, everything seemed legit to me. The box, tags, and stitching all looked like what I was expecting, so that was reassuring. The only downside was the shipping took a little longer than I hoped, and the updates weren’t great, which made me a bit unsure while waiting. In the end, I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably order again, but I do wish the communication was better.

"Refund was easy"
I had to get a refund and it was easy, I was expecting it to be a whole thing but it went smoothly and I didn’t have to go back and forth too much, so that was a nice surprise.

"Way more choices than I expected"
I was suprised by how much Salvatore had. There were a lot more styles and sizes than I thought there would be, and it was easy to browse around. I also found a few things I hadn’t seen on other sites, which was nice.

"Pretty easy to handle my account"
I didn’t really have any issues managing my account on salvatore.com. I updated a few details, checked my info, and everything was straightforward. Also, I kind of expected something to glitch, but nope, it all saved fine. Simple little things like that make the site less annoying to use, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they were pretty much what I expected from the description. The leather feels nice, and after wearing them for a day they were actually comfortable. I did expect the shipping to be a little quicker, so that part was a bit disappointing, but the shoes themselves are good quality and I’m happy with them overall.

"Pretty gift wrap with one small hiccup"
I thought the gift wrapping looked really nice and neatly done, which made it feel a little more special when it arrived. The only thing was that the box had a small dent in it, but it didn’t ruin the overall presentation for me. I was still happy with how it turned out.

Wore these for a full day and my feet didn’t hurt at all, which was a nice surprise. I will say it took a bit more effort than I wanted to get them on and settled at first, but once I was wearing them, they were really comfortable.

The shoes fit just like I was hoping and they’re comfortable, so no complaints there. The sizing was right and I haven’t had any issues with them. I do wish the communication had been clearer though, because it was kind of annoying not knowing exactly what was going on

"Nice luxury vibe, but I did get impatient"
I ordered from salvatore.com the whole process was easy, which was a relief because I really didn’t feel like dealing with some complicated checkout mess. The item looks expensive without screaming for attention, and the packaging was actually really nice too. Delivery took a few days, which wasn’t terrible, but I was definitely checking the tracking more than I’d like to admit. Overall though, I’m happy with it. It feels like a proper luxury brand, just wish waiting for packages wasn’t always so annoying.

My order from Salvatore showed up looking good overall. The packaging felt clean and put together, everything inside was wrapped nicely and it made a good first impression.
The only small issue was that one corner of the outside box was a little dented, luckily nothing inside was damaged. Overall I was happy with the presentation, just a tiny bit short of perfect

I ordered from salvatore.com and, you know, everything was fine. Totally fine. The prices seemed fair, and the quality was actually better than I thought it would be, so that was a nice surprise. Shipping did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, but I’m not stressing about it or anything. Overall, I’d say it was still a good value and I’d probably order again.

"Pretty reliable stock, which I appreciate"
I was a little hesitant to order because my size had been sold out on a few other sites, and I didn’t want to waste time or risk it going unavailable again. Luckily, they had my size in stock here. A couple of the colors I wanted were missing, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall the selection was solid and felt like a safe bet.
